  1. Tour AIS - We welcome you to join us for a tour of the AIS Campus and Facility. In order to accommodate all families, tours are scheduled by appointment only.

Admissions forms will be available following your school tour.

*For families who are relocating to Mumbai from abroad, please contact us regarding the admissions process.

  2. Application Forms - Following your tour of AIS, submit the application form, fee and supporting documents. Families with more than one child must submit a separate application for each student.

  3. Supporting Documents - Along with the student application form, additional required supporting admission documents include:
    • Parent Questionnaire
    • Teacher Recommendation Form (from current school/nursery)
    • Student Records/Transcripts Request - ONLY if applying for 1st through 5th grade, submit the request for records form to your child's current/previous school.

  4. Student Visit/Observation - Once you have attended a tour of the AIS facility and submitted your initial application, the Admissions Office will contact you to set up a visit for your child. Detailed information about the visit day will be sent to parents prior to their scheduled appointment time.

Student Visit Days are welcoming and fun for everyone. Student visits are designed to be a sample of what a child's day-to-day experience is like at AIS. Our aim is to get to know your child during their time at school and discover each child's strengths and what makes him or her unique.

  5. Attend a parent interview.
The Admission Office will contact you to schedule an appointment that follows your child's school visit. This is an opportunity for us to meet with both parents one-on-one, learn more about your family's goals for your child's education, and answer any remaining questions before admissions decisions are awarded. All parents must participate in a parent interview as part of the application process. We look forward to meeting both parents at the parent interview.

  6. School Assessment are done for applicant students who are 3 years old and above. Student assessments are scheduled along side the parent interviews.

  7. Enrollment decisions are given on a rolling basis.
